Watch my video to learn what 6 things to bring to your mortgage appointment on YouTube:

Mortgage Appointment Checklist:

  • 1 month’s most recent paystubs with year-to-date earnings
  • 2 most recent years Federal Tax Returns with W2’s
  • 2 most recent bank statements (If you bank with Hills Bank, you can download and print these from our online banking service, Hills Bank Online.)
  • 2 most recent years residence history

If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below or feel free to give any of our Hills Bank mortgage lenders a call at 1-800-HILLSBK.  We’d be happy to help!
